While we weren’t fans of the previous tenant in this space (Walter) we have been coming here recently for takeaway coffees, which I should add are easily the best in the area. After seeing some positive reviews, we took the plunge and came here for brunch, and I’m really glad we did. The food exceeded expectations, being generous portions, reasonably priced and most importantly, delicious. The fried chicken waffles were a standout for me, but the corn fritters were also very good. The dishes also came out very promptly, which was nice. The coffee, as always, was perfect. It seems they’re still finding their feet when it comes to service, with the owner (? We assume) taking orders at the tables. What this place really needs is a decent front of house to welcome and seat customers. I will say that the decor and fit out aren’t as welcoming or even “fashionable” as the previous tenant. It’s all a bit dark and a little muddled. But, it’s very clean, and there are no shortage of booths (who doesn’t love booth seating?). I hope they do well here, though sadly it doesn’t appear to be even remotely busy. We’ll be back though.

Came here for our first breakfast since moving back from Perth and it certainly impressed! Great, strong coffee, perfectly poached eggs and friendly service. Cannot recommend more highly!

Arived at midday for a late breakfast the place is nice and clean welcoming The food I had the big breakfast well presented The eggs were perfect over easy The mushrooms great the chorizo was a bit over done the bacon was good over all an 8 out of 10 Well definitely return to try other menu options

Lovely cafe in the Mount Waverley/Pinewood area. The atmosphere was great and it wasn't too noisy. The waitstaff were attentive and friendly. The parma was delicious and the chai tea was nice as well.

The portion sizes matched the prices for the chicken waffles, Kim chi omelette, and salmon Royale. The French waffles were less filling. The place was quiet, and the servers kind. $123 for 4 people, 4 meals and 3 drinks. The matcha was very tasty.

Me and my kids all like this place. This is the local restaurant we will always choose on weekdays and weekends, With friends or my ourselves. Service is always good, they remember our preferences, friendly staffs. Food is delicious, no matter eat in or take away. Like the atmosphere there as well, tidy and clean. All in all, 5 starts⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came for brunch here, now my 2nd time with a friend, and we both had a great time. First of all very accommodating staff, I came in for a table for 2 that I had booked, and decided I wanted a booth, as it was still relatively quiet, no problem! Coffee delivered very quickly and was great quality. The meal itself, wow, excellent presentation, very fresh and tasty. We could both tell our meals were not rushed and the Chef paid attention to detail. We will definitely come back, a real gem!
